BREA, Bahamas Real Estate Association is taking a stand.

All real estate transactions in The Bahamas, including the sale or purchase of developed or undeveloped property, private islands and cays, commercial leases, resort development or appraisals of same, and property management must include the participation of a Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) licensed member.
