In an effort to enhance the educational standards of its members, the Bahamas Real Estate Association has established relationships with overseas affiliates such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Royal Palm Coast Realtors Association (RPCRA).
The Bahamas Real Estate Association offers designations such as The Council of Residential Specialists, (CRS) The Council of Residential Managers and Brokers (CRB), Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS).
While the Council of Residential Specialists and the Council of Residential Managers and Brokers provides members the opportunity to become better qualified through various educational courses, the National Association of Realtors and the Royal Palm Coast Realtors Association provide members the opportunity to network on an international level through conferences and trade shows.
Over the past years BREA has strived to augment and strengthen the relationship with its international affiliates for the benefit of its members and is committed to continue this effort as much as possible!
